Beautiful 3-season A-Frame structures flat-packed and shipped to you (delivery fee calculated based on location). Kits include drawings and instructions for assembly. Kit’s include all timbers, wood products, doors, windows, insulation and roofing materials required to set up the cabin. No plumbing or electrical is included in the kit. On-site installation by our crew can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us for a detailed materials list.
The Client is responsible for the work to be performed and associated costs with:
- Site clearing and preperation unless otherwise negotiated
- Foundations unless otherwise negotiated for site prepwork and leveling
- Transporation from LSSMVA to the client’s site
- To notify any authourities and obtain any required permitting
- Carry property, construction and injury insurance for their protection
- Security of material once taken from the LSSVA location
